Guardians of the Globe – Invincible, Spawn, Rick Grimes and Barack Obama in new superteam

Posted by LiveFor on March 18, 2010

Obviously, The Walking Dead’s Rick Grimes and Obama are not in the Invincible comic spin off, Guardians of the Globe. I am digging the little Image dig at the recent Marvel Avengers adverts.

Spawn could possibly be in it.

In other news: Megan Fox made an underwear commercial

Posted by LiveFor on February 13, 2010

Yes that is Megan Fox in Emperio Armani Bra and Knickers, panties, or whatever you want to call them. No she doesn’t get naked. Yes this is a film site. Megan Fox appears in films ergo vis a vis..

Hey, Mickey Rourke recently said she is the best young actress he’s ever worked with and he’s worked with the likes of Lisa Bonet. Yeah.

I think the Architect from The Matrix Reloaded explains it the phenomenom of Megan Fox.

“As I was saying, she stumbled upon a solution whereby nearly ninety-nine percent of the test subjects accepted the program provided they were given a choice – even if they were only aware of it at a near-unconscious level. While this solution worked, it was fundamentally flawed, creating the otherwise contradictory systemic anomaly, that, if left unchecked, might threaten the system itself. Ergo, those who refused the program, while a minority, would constitute an escalating probability of disaster.

Already I can see the chain reaction: the chemical precursors that signal the onset of an emotion, designed specifically to overwhelm logic and reason.”

Hello Griswolds! Chevy Chase and Beverly D’Angelo are back for Hotel Hell Vaction

Posted by LiveFor on February 4, 2010

No, they are not back for the rumoured new Vacation film. Instead Chevy and Beverly are back for a new ad campaign for HomeAway Vacation rentals to be shown on 7th February at the 2010 Super Bowl.

The video below (for however long it stays up) is the teaser for the ad. Always nice to see Chevy Chase.

Cool American Psycho billboard

Posted by LiveFor on December 30, 2009

This is simply a fantastic way of advertising the Christian Bale film, American Psycho, for the New Zealand station TV2. Sure the film is a few years old now, but just a great advert.

Anyone else got any good film ads or billboards which are a little different from the norm?

Duncan Jones and Kevin Spacey made an advert

Posted by LiveFor on November 28, 2009

Duncan Jones made the excellent Sci-Fi film, Moon. Kevin Spacey starred in it as the voice of Gerty the computer.

Now they are together again in a series of adverts for a new Olympus Camera.

Nice ads but doesn’t Spacey look old.
